An often overlooked aspect of any (technology) project is the latter part of the project life cycle. Treo deems a project successful and complete when all the realistic benefits set out in the project benefits realisation plan have been achieved and are sustainable to the satisfaction of the project owner and sponsor – i.e. the results are ‘tangible’ and have a positive impact on the bottom line. It’s at this point that we believe a project has reached maturity.
Treo uses extensive knowledge and hands-on experience gained in communication and stakeholder management to drive the adoption of new technologies for operations using technology adoption projects. These projects involve constant KPI monitoring, extensive direct ‘in-the-field’ operator engagement, the use of well known ADKAR change management principles and industrial media tools to give recognition to operational performance and excellence ultimately leading to project success.
