Bulk Ore Sorting

Treo was awarded a contract to coordinate project activities of a bulk ore sorting project at a major open cast mine in Africa. The aim of the project has been to deploy a system that site can use for ore sorting on a much larger scale before feeding the ROM to the processing plant. The main focus points of the project were deployment and commissioning of the sorting hardware, the test work campaign during the commissioning phase and final cost and overall impact analysis before integration into the mining cycle.
